You may subscribe for as little as one month with no obligations if you discontinue using ActiveReception after that time.
4. How do I logon to make my site available to chat?
During your signup process, you will choose your Username and Password. Once the signup process is completed, simply visit www.activereception.com, login and you are ready.
5. How much time requires implementing ActiveReception?
As long as it takes to copy the code snippet onto your website; generally only a moments work. If you need help with this then we are available to guide you through the process.
6. What is the procedure to add Active Response code on my website?
- When you have configured your website details, you can proceed to generate the requisite HTML.
- From your Administration page, click on the website icon and then click the website you have entered.
- Click “Generate Code”, (below the website details) . On clicking this button the code will automatically be generated for you.
- Now, just copy the code and paste it into the pages on your website

7. On which page should I put the ActiveReception icon?
There is no limitation on the amount of pages you put the icon on. Some of our customers prefer to put it on every page whereas some companies like to apply only to pages where the visitor is likely to need some assistance.
8. After I put the chat button on one page, can I change it after some period?
Yes. You can change the location of the icon as often as you wish. You can even add icons to any other or new pages.
9. How can I continue using the application after the free-trial period?
It’s a very simple procedure. Just go to www.activereception.com and login to the CSP with your username and password that we issued to you. You can then choose your subscription to accommodate your needs. You will be given this information via email upon signing up for the free trial so no need to remember this!
