Instant setup - Just Add Code and Start Chatting!

The application is available for 30 day trial period, so everyone can just register and get familiar with the application. After registering, the user receives login details and you are ready to log in and start using the application.

1. Create an Account

After signup the administrator will get access to the Administration Console.

The Administrator has the highest privilege to configure websites and AR users ( individuals within the company who use ActiveReception).

The Administrator is the only one that can configure operators. There must be at least one user entered in order to start using ActiveReception.

2. Add Live Chat button

In the Administration Console the Administrator can automatically generate HTML code, customize Live Chat button and proactive window.

After the configuration, the Administrator is ready to add the code. After adding the code, the customized live chat button will appear on the website.
